I bought her little white onsie and applique'd a Mickey head with the number one on it, then made a coordinating ruffly skirt to match - didn't it turn out adorable?! It's in the wash now, maybe after it comes out I can get a better picture...although it now has some birthday cake and green beans on it! I was so happy with how it turned out, and she just looked SO sweet!
Here was my cake project, and BOY oh boy did I get worn out with this! I was caked out by the time I was done and I'm glad I have a few weeks until the next birthday that I have to bake for! :) Even it if wasn't as good as a professional cake, it was still really cute and the hit of the party - and that made me SO happy! :)

Oh - I think that cake is very nice, looks professionally made to me and absolutely enhanced by a loving touch. he cupcakes and cookies - wow, you really did it up right! Your little sweetie looks cute in her outfit.
